frustrated about vehicle thefts

im frustrated and trying to understand why people steal vehicles and proceed to damage them. i had my sisters car stolen last night and the cops found it. im just trying to understand why people are so reckless with vehicles that they dont own. i wish people would grow up and stop acting so stupid.
