Twin bridges officially open this afternoon

Just received a media invite to what is dubbed the "Official opening of the 18th Street Bridges project" this afternoon. I'll be there with camera in hand to check it out and get all of the details, but I don't think it would be unreasonable to assume that we could finally be seeing two lanes each way today !
I haven't to that part of the city today, maybe we do already?
