Douglas/Victoria intersection

I personally think that it would be an excellent idea to have some traffic lights there. I feel that there is enough traffic around this area to warrant putting up lights. It can be somewhat difficult if you're trying to cross Victoria to get get onto the other side of Douglas. I'd like to know what others think about this.
