visions = extreme electronics ??

I did a drive by there today re Visions on the hill. No Visions signs left at all. There was part of a new sign that said Extreme electronics( I think) . Its hard to read when I was doing warp speed hehe.
Anyone know the scoop? I heard that its just a name change. Current staff and such are still there/staying but it is just a ownership decision.
