I am starting this discussion to find out if there is a genuine interest in having a youth focused forum. I think that having an organized formal meeting for the 18-25 demographic would be a great idea, and would give us all a chance to get our opinions out there and focus on concerns relative to our lives and lifestyles. There was a huge reaction from students regarding affordable housing so I'm hoping a lot of those individuals would be interested in sitting down for a night and putting it all out on the table. I would be more than willing to work with some fellow students and contact some of the people running for council to see if they would commit a night for this as well. Let me know if you have an interest, and what topics you would like to see addressed.
