Assiniboine River scene in Toronto Maple Leafs Home-opener

Posted below is a link to the video of the Leafs home-opener in Toronto. Water/snow gathered from all over used to create the ice, etc.
What I want to know, is whether at 1:15 in the video if that is a bridge in Brandon? I don't know for sure and cannot tell, as I haven't lived here long. But maybe some Brandonites can tell whether it's here or someplace else. I'm kind of thinking it's east of the 1st street bridge perhaps. The one right before it from Fishing Lake, SK is about 30 miles from my parents' house, cool!
