I am looking for late evenings and/or weekend work and have been going around town asking places that i have noticed with signs etc that are hiring if they could accomidate just weekend work or evening/weekend work and was told more then once i would need to have a full open availability..... how does one have that with a family and a fulltime job? i am looking for a 2nd job. I was just wondering how you book a daycare or be available anytime day or night and weekends never knowing if monday you'll be on days tues you close wed back to days off whenever then work all weekend? thats just one example i am sure there are different schedule set ups.  
 
I am feeling very discouraged right now and just had to vent.
