There is a discussion group on ebrandon called Horrible Landlords. It is 4:21 a.m. Sunday October 17, 2010, we are just getting home. At 2:30 a.m. we were called by a tenant complaining that there is a party going on in his(our) house and he wants me to come over right now because things are out of control and HE wants to go to sleep. (We were already sleeping in a nice warm bed) He wants us to deal with it and not call the police because the police have already been there too many times.  
We ended up over there from 2:30 a.m. until 4:00 a.m., had the police over there and cleared the place out. Our early morning experience included, watching the guests of the party (ages ranging from 4 years old to 50 plus) beating on each other, cursing, yelling, disturbing the neighborhood and running to their cars to make sure they are gone before the police arrive. This is not the first time this month we have been called to this house to settle a disturbance of some kind. Eviction notices we will be handed out in the morning and you can probably read their post under Horrible Landlords.  
The police responded in a very professional manner and were very very helpful despite the fact they have so many other important things to deal with. A big Bouquet to Brandon City Police.
