has anyone else had any issues with people trying to get an ebrandon account password to work?
I have several clients/customers who would like to leave a review & have applied for an account, got the confirmation email, then the password wont work so they cant sign in. When they try and get a new password the email is not recognized, but they do have a confirmation email. At least one client has written in and not got a response as to why or what is going on?
just curious if anyone else has had similar issues, or any advice on what to do about it?
