I remember a thread awhile back about private daycare's having a hard time filling spaces in their homes i was going to comment on it but cant find the thread anywhere.  
 
What i wanted to say was i think private daycare is pretty much not a need anymore as i personally know 5 private daycares that were forced to shut down due to lost clients and no new ones coming in. Again thats just 5 that i know of i'm guessing that number is alot higher.  
 
If you look under classifieds under childcare its amazing to see how many spots are actually open at this time long gone are the days of huge waiting lists for private daycare.  
 
I have nothing against private childcare as that is what i used for my kids when they were younger.  
 
Anyways thats just my 2 cents i would have posted it on the thread but like i said couldnt find it.
