The mayor, the Keystone and the Wheat Kings

Can someone enlighten me what the mayor's plans are for the Keystone and the Wheat Kings? I've heard a lot of comments that she wants to renegotiate the WK's deal with the Keystone and while there's some upside to this there's also certainly some risk.....I can't find any information about what her plans are or what her election platform was on this topic - does anyone know? Thanks.
