Hey all!
Looking for some suggestions for upping my daily caloric intake without eating garbage food
apparently i need about 2900 a day for my weight, size, and age, and my best calculations put me at about 1700
Im not into pop, fast food, or grease in general, and dont really feel like im going hungry (i have breakfast, lunch and dinner)
.. but i have been loosing weight for the past few years and never quite figured out why (it sounds silly, but figured i just grew out of the whole chubby kid thing?)
i need some suggestions on where to get these calories without eating garbage
i dont think im going to get them from fruits and veggies, that would increase the volume of food to much
and id like to avoid high fat foods
im going to try adding 2 beer daily for another 300-320
but im at a loss as to where is the best place to get the other 1000
