-15 snow/ice covered streets yet saw a motorcycle

Yep NOv 19 @ about 2:12 pm. It was stopped tat the lights on 1st and Park heading North.
Ya just gotta wonder.
Same trip. I was heading east on Richmond turning onto 18th when I saw a medi-chair type scooter heading west in the middle of traffic on Richmond located about 15th or so across from the Keystone. I sure hope they are okay. I guess with no sidewalks they have to use something but at these temps those batteries may not last long.
