I'm not usually one to brag but i figured since people always talk about seeing someone do a good deed, i figured i might as well toot my own horn and post about what I have done.  
On Saturday at the Superstore, it was insanely busy. I parked all the way at the back, like i do anyways grabbed my cart and managed to get it to the door without killing myself. While in there, i discovered i didn't really need my cart, so i gave it to someone, loonie and all. As i was almost done shopping, i hit the kids section where a man was having trouble finding something for his new born child(congrats again if you are reading this) He asked if i could help him find something and i did for a good 10 minutes. I found something in his price, the item with the limitations with buttons needed and the correct size...it was not easy but it was done He was so grateful and it took a whole 10 minutes from my afternoon. I felt great about what i had done on this one trip.  
The following day, i had to go back for milk(i knew i forgot something!) and on my way out, a lady was having a hard time getting her cart to her vehicle, she was trying to pull it so as i came up behind it i just pushed it along. She didn't notice but still i felt great knowing i helped.  
If everyone can do just ONE thing a day to help someone, they will in turn pass it on and if not, i'm sure you have put a smile on their face if only for that moment.
