I know this was probably on once before but what should a person do when their boss is always nagging at you and thinks they are all that.What kind of pleasure does one get out of being a real asshole to their employees and that the whole workplace just hates the boss and people have quit because of that person's inconsideration to the employees. We all go the extra mile at work but it never seems enough and the boss will always find a way to put you or someone else to the inferior level.If anyone has any suggestions or ideas please let me know. This has totally been upsetting to me as well as others and it is starting to effect my daily health at home and at the workplace.
