Anyone heard of Table Charm??

I attended royal oaks wedding show and won a bridal package through table charm. It includes 2 wedding bands and a 2 night 3 day trip. on november 27th we went back to the oak to receive our prize we had to sit through an hour presentation on their products. We bought a large selection of pots and pans, knife set.
The man doing the presentation said it would be 7 to 10 days for the rings, and 2 to 3 weeks for the pots. We have not got anything yet!
Just wondering if any of the other couples there that bought stuff have received theirs yet?
