Almost an Accident on #10 north

I need some info about the person who was traveling North on highway #10 between Brandon and Forrest moving some stuff in his truck. It is a newer Tan colored Chev Extended cab truck. Something fell out of his truck in a big blue bag. There was Pontiac G5 behind him then there was me.
Any info on this could help.
