Hi there , I`m looking to contact the lady that witnessed an accident at the Sobey`s west location on May 12th. I was working and a semi trying to make a delivery to the furniture store hit my car. I would really appreciate your help to just make a statement as to what you saw when this guy drove into my parked car. Thanks very much in advance ! MPI is a nightmare to deal with!! More then likely saying it's 50/50 because it's in a parking lot even when the OP wasn't even in the car. You'd be surprised what MPI tries.  
 
Depending where you were parked Leons has exterior cameras.

50/50 for parking lot unless you have a witness. It happened to me few years ago and I never bothered to approach a witness standing further because people say 50/50 so I thought why talked to the witness yeah yeah yeah but if a witness the story is different. It was too late then I left and didn't how to contact hat woman.  
I witnessed a woman hit two cars while parking between 2 cars and she looked doppy, druggy. I waited till the guy came out that the car beside hit your car then I left again I thought 50/50 I never left my name and he never asked mine so he probably found out the same way as me and others that do not know the whole rules.  
Anyway you looking back in May 2015 good luck. Hope the witness sees your message.

Please do not listen to these people saying "50/50 because it's a parking lot". That only comes into play if both people are operating their vehicles in a forward motion.  
 
Anyways, if you know the approximate time that the damage happened (start/end of your shift for example), try phoning the furniture store and asking about deliveries during those times. They may be able to tell you the companies who did any pickups or drop offs, and if you get in touch with the company, they may be able to get you in touch with a driver based on their records.  
 
A side note, keep in mind that the driver may not have felt impact of hitting your car. Assuming the driver cut a corner short and rubbed up against your car and it was not a direct impact, there's a chance that the truck was big enough for the driver to not notice it. Good luck!

OMG is right. I went through the 50/50 BS with MPI so yes, unfortunately it is true. Was no where near my truck when it happened to my wife and I.  
 
There is a lot missing from this thread. No where does it say the truck driver lied or that the truck didn't notice they hit the vehicle. I think the main point is the OP is trying to track down a witness so without more details it's pointless to speculate.

I can`t say much more than info was exchanged at that time, as there were more people there than just this lady. My car was parked as I was working when it was struck by this semi. It is just I guess as they say the principle of the whole deal. This lady was directly right on the scene and can provide me with some added help which I would really appreciate. It has just been a very drawn out and unpleasant process considering I didn`t do ANYTHING !
