I thought I would send out a Boot and A Bouquet to start a discussion.  
First of all I wish to send a big Bouquet tp Graham COMMON of B&G Electric of Rivers who goes above and beyond for the customer. I have known Graham for a number of years and have always been amazed by his work. If you need any kind of electrical work Graham would be the man to call.  
 
Now for the Boots, what was once a daily, hourly sight has been replaced with not a lot of visibility, this maybe due to 3 out of the 4 member don't reside in the community making for a lot of call out times, At times as people have told me it feels like the Town is being serviced by the R.C.M.P and not our local fore that has served and protected the community for over a hundred years. Dedicated members served and protected this community with Honor.  
Maybe going back to old school where the visibility were alot more, then i Would not be receiving emails, text messages on what to do when they are the victims of crimes.  
They wont contact police as the have had bad experiences, and feel like they are a nobody.  
I have great relationships with alot of citizen that I call my friend. the get a hold of me for advise and I am glad to help as in my eyes its mutual respect.  
 
Another Boot would go to people in the community that feel they are above the law of others, whether they have lived here all their lives or its because what their name is. Many times I have seen cars speeding by our house, people on motor cycles with No Helmets, lots of people in the school grounds with Dogs and alcohol. Many time my family have cleaned uo bottles and broken bottles in the school grounds so innocent kids are not hurt by other peoples stupidity.  
 

Today was World Teacher Day. I would like to send a huge bouquet to every teacher that makes a difference in the lives of their students. There are so many incredible things that they do for our children on a day to day basis. So THANK YOU you for caring and being an integral part of our children's lives!!!

I can go back yearssssss when I was walking the halls of my school of choice, like many students past as well as present I can easily say I had my favorite teachers along with my not so favorite ones. There is a handful of teachers that stand out as they went that extra mile, reminding us that no student is the same as any other, they understood as well as offered help in areas we struggled in or had s hard time understanding. They remembered where they came from, understood it was not always easy. Hats off to the teachers of today that go above and beyond in order that the students of today get a proper education as well as reminding us we are the future, we can do amazing things. Today as well as everyday Thank a Teacher.
