Who is responsible for repairs, contractor or architect? They will be going to court.

You missed the most negligent party the ndp who picked incompetent architects and rushed the building through for election gains. The builder had gone public with there warnings about bad design but we're told to build as per design

be contractor. They only followed the plans, which is what they bid for. I would presume inspections were done all the way through, so to me it sounds like its a architect error. At least thats the way I understand it.

Not sure what repairs need to be made, but the design is horrible!! For one thing, the aisles are not wide enough to accommodate the crowds! Both at the top of the seats by the concession area, and also going down the steps to your seat!
