Yesterday (Wednesday, November 18), my vehicle was sideswiped, probably by a white vehicle (white paint smudges are evident), on the passenger side. The only time I left my car unattended in a parking lot were both at Canadian Tire - once around 2:30-3:00, and again around 7:30-8:00 pm. (It had to occur in a lot, because it's on the passenger side, so if I was street parked, it would be inaccessible). The car is sideswiped - the rear passenger wheel well, and along the door are scraped/ gouged, and as I said, there appears to be white paint along the damaged areas. It's not something that could happen from a door hitting it or something (it was SO windy last night!!), because it's along a stretch of the car - not just one spot. I can't imagine that the driver could possibly manage it without noticing. I was parked quite centrally (between the entrance & exit doors), and close to the store both times. In the evening, it was the very first non-handicapped spot in the lot. The afternoon time it was in a similar spot, but several cars in.
