Heart necklace

Hello. A week or two ago, there was a discussion on here about gifts. One of the posts had a link to a website that had a heart shaped (or round) pendant that could be engraved for Mom or Gramma. I can't find the discussion, as I can't remember the title!! Can someone point me towards that link? I'd like to order one. Thanks
