hmm i wonder who gets paid to deliver the weekly sale flyers .  
i get them maybe once every 2 months. used to get them every week .  
an this time of year it would be nice .  
who do you contact to complain about this ?  
other people on the street say the same thing No flyers .

Ours were never delivered on time either or at all so I started using the app reebee it's good has all our flyers, or you could look online if you don't have a smart phone

Call the Brandon Sun circulation department at 204-571-7425. I didn't get them for two weeks and gave them a call. They will deliver them to you and look into why they aren't getting to your address.

Good luck calling or talking with the Brandon sun. I have called or talked with them 3 times and still no flyers. We would get them once after I talked them not again. Been 8 months and still haven't got any for 5 months

Flyers come sporadically. I have called Bdn sun numerous times, they tell me they are not sure why they weren't delivered... Then Would be delivered once, then never again. I also started viewing flyers via app

you can go on a website called smartcanucks , has every flyer from most of the main chain stores in Brandon.

Same, used to get them every Thursday at work now maybe one Thursday a month we get them, didn't even get black Friday flyers.

We have the best delivery boys! I just want to say kudos to these boys (and sometimes a girl too) pulling their wagon or sleigh in the winter. Watching them work together and accomplishing their task is refreshing! Good job boys and their parents for encouraging an early work ethic!

Is a great app it shows all flyers in the area

I wonder if you called one or two of the bigger stores and mentioned that you aren't getting their flyer. They are paying the BS to deliver them. A call from them might spurn them into action.

Some of the flyers are right on this site. Just go to the "shopping" tab.  
Also you can pick up copies right outside the front doors of the Bdn Sun. They are in the dispensers.

Brandon Sun doesn't care what the stores say. I have talked to a couple stores about this, and the manager assures me that it has been taken up with them, yet nothing ever changes. They have a virtual monopoly on this market as far as being the cheapest option of getting flyers to the most homes in Brandon, so they don't really care if there is a "few" complaints coming in. Until the retailers that use them for flyer distribution pull their business and let them know the issues, they will not address complaints over the long term.  

Do you need the flyers when there are a few apps out there you can use from your phone, tablet etc. You can also print the coupons from the flyers. It is a waste to use paper flyers and they clutter up your home. I use flipp.com and can get any flyer except for Canadian Tire they have an app that also tells you if it is in stock and how many thay have stocked. Go green use the apps. Save a tree.

I also have that app. But I can't print coupons from my iPhone or iPad. I still like my flyers. And yes I called the Brandon Sun we live in the country. Nothing changes my husband has seen them in dumpsters on 34th more times than enough.

First of all phone and/or email Advertising, circulation,AND the managing editor of the Brandon Sun. Give them the address of your place. Let all 3 know that they will continue to receive calls and emails until this problem is resolved. Also let them know you are a paying subscriber, and you are paying for a complete service, not an incomplete service that is missing flyers. Another thing to do is alert management of the businesses you frequent where you are not receiving their flyer. Businesses pay a lot of money for advertising, and again, they aren't paying for an incomplete service. They are paying for a service that targets everyone.  
 
You as a subscriber, and businesses that are advertising in the Brandon Sun all need to get their money's worth.  
 
Yes we can save trees viewing online, but some do want their printed flyers. I donate my old flyers to my neighbour who has a small day care, and uses them for arts and crafts.

Can get coupons printed by hooking up your phone or tablet to your computer you just have to learn how to do it. It is nice that you donate your flyers for the kids. But flyers will soon be a thing of the past. You can also join a club online called checkout 51 you show them pics of your receipt and if you purchase what they have as a coupon on the site they put it in your acccount and then you have say $ 20.00 in your account they send you a check.The times they are changing and you keep up or life leaves you behind. But this is a good thing it helps by not cluttering up the environment.

E Brandon members for your thoughts to this . At lest we know were not the only ones in this position .  
Yes i could sit on a I phone or computer . But why . its nice looking at the flyers while haven coffee in the mornings or in the evening .  
An its a public service. An there are alot of bussiness that pay to have then to be sent out. Not all people sit on a computer.  
 
we have talked to other people an they have seen full bundles of flyers thrown into the dumpsters. An they are paid to deliver them . well they should not be paid to throw them out .  

Happened to us as well. Call every Thursday when you don't get them and complain. Then ask them to send a driver out with a set. They will do it. Then call again next week and demand the same thing. Took me 5 weeks/calls but eventually they got th message. Keep calling and complaining.
