    Was just wondering if there are any options out there to help people pay off hydro bills?

    Contact them directly. There should be a number on the bill or look it up in the phone book. Lots of people run into troubles and I'm sure they can help.204-480-5900 or toll-free 1-888-624-9376

    Hydro Bills

    This is from the Manitoba Hydro web site - I know they will help people catch up with the hydro bill.

    Also, if you talk to an account representative, he or she might help you make an arrangement to pay before they start threatening to shut off the power.
