Realtor recommendations

Ready to list our home for sale and looking for recommendations on agents. We have extensive experience in selling property outwith the Province so know what to expect. Who would you recommend and why? Thanks.

Brian Canart from HomeLife Realty is excellent. He's very thorough and worked hard with us to sell are home quickly!

Either Ryan or Jen Shields, they were phenomenal with us, drove nearly all over Manitoba and dealt with a picky hubby. Highly recommended, they are both really down to earth!!!

She knows the market well and steered me to the perfect home for me. Saved me from some headaches with a house I was interested in but turns out had a lot of issues.

We used Jill and she was awesome. Helped us through the whole process and told us of some things to consider that we never thought of. She also checked back with us after the process to see if everything was okay ... Very nice lady as well Four stars !!!

Thank you all for your recommendations. So far I've emailed 3 agents who haven't got back to me (I guess they don't need the work eh!). Hopefully one of your recommendations gets back to me soon! Thanks again.

With Sutton Harrison Realty. She's honest, and great! We used her to buy our house. She gives us tips (especially with renos and resale value). Give her a call!

She will get back to you immediately. She is great. Has been in the business for years so knows the market and the houses well. Has probably sold the same ones multiple times. Will not list too high just to get your business and therefore if you choose her, your house will sell fast. Very honest and she works so,so hard for her clients. There is a reason everyone knows her name.

Depending on your demographics there may not be a good choice for you. I would suggest PMing me for the facts not recommendations. The truth is selling a home is so infrequent that unless you were disgusted by the service they are going to satisfy.

Again if your going to use a snake oil salesman to "sell" your house, pm me for the facts.

Also "Great Homes Sell Themselves" comes to mind.

For a realtor. She does everything she can to answer your questions, and find out answers for you. For a mortgage, please go see a mortage broker from Centum Mortgage. They give you way better rates than a bank, and they don't charge you anything. We will save over $5,000 over the life of our mortgage compared to a bank.
