Anyone else receiving suspicious email from Pay Pal?

I have rec'd two of them.

Can you elaborate on nature of the email?

Unusual activity in your PayPal account  
Your PayPal account has been limited because we've noticed unusual activity in your account. This won't take long but it is important as it insures we send account notifications to the right place.  
 
They want you to go to the Resolutions Centre. I googled it and it came up as a scam.

I have received 2 recently and 2 not that long ago. Both claimed suspicious activity on my account and that I woukd have limited access

PayPal and ebay never send email unless u buy something they never send unsolicited email

Whenever I get an email asking for me to login and provide security answers, then I simply forward the email to the place in question.  
 
I get them from Paypal, eBay, TD Canada Trust, MTS...... all fake. They almost always say my account is in jeopardy or I need to update my security. Most times I am addressed as "Dear customer" - a DEAD giveaway, lol.

have been receiving them since last july 2015 and I would say everyday and sometimes 2x

I get those now and then too. Best thing to do is not click on any links but to go check your account once and awhile anyhow. I received a email saying something about me having sent money and a complaint about it and turned out it was legit. Someone did get into my account and sent some money. But wierd thing was it said I sent the money then filed the payment report so it was already in resolution centre.

Recently received an email from PayPal saying my account was locked and to call. Called PayPal and was legit, someone from China was attempting to access my account. Password was changes and all is good.

I received one that looked very legitimate, it took me to a website that mirrored the paypal site exactly except for the web address at the top was different. I noticed this and reported it to PayPal. They advised that anytime you receive an email from Paypal that is not related to a purchase or looks suspicious to open a new browser, go to PayPal and if there is an alert it will show up when you go to login or in your PayPal inbox.

How do I know this is not a Spoof email? Spoof or "phishing" emails tend to have generic greetings such as "Dear PayPal member". More on phishing

If you are concerned, go to PayPal.com Do Not click on any links in the email to get there. If there is an issue your account will tell you as you attempt to login or in your PayPal messages. If this is a phishing scam you should really report it and there are excellent links on the PP website to help you with this. The key thing is DO NOT click on any of the links in the email!

I have already deleted the two messages I got, I knew I never got messages from paypal.
