Anyone know when or if they will develop?

I believe the developer needs someone to purchase or lease it before they'll build it.  
 
If the development goes ahead, I sincerely hope they alter the plans in a way that would include and protect those gorgeous pine trees.

I really hope as well it gets renovated and the developer can find suitable tenants for the place. I live not too far away and it would be really nice to have more places to shop or restaurants. Also with the size of the parking lot, you could defiantly build a few places in the front of the parking lot and still have lots of parking. Looks like that's the plan anyway. But I think their having issues. I remember reading an article in the paper over a year ago and it said construction was going to start right away, but there's still no activity and I know the plan for the space has changed a few times since the developer bought the space. Hopefully something works out for them.
