There are no apartments that are cheaper that will allow dogs. Pet friendly is hard to find and expensive with a months rent for pet deposit and half for damage is crazy! I would suggest saving up before moving as it will cost quite a bit. I looked for 2 years for my place but its not dog friendly. :/ good luck in your search! Try finding a roommate that has a pet friendly place would be my best suggestion
