I have had the same general experience with them. I did find the service dropped dramatically when they went through their big changeover to overseas CS.
I do most of my banking online and it seems to be better that way cost wise, but when I do go in to the business wicket they are pleasant and accommodating. Never seems to be a line up on the business side too.
My other complaint is they seem to have a rather high staff turnover rate at least here in Brandon. They are not my main bank, so I am not in there often - but seems like over the last five years I have had at least that many "account managers" - so it makes it very hard to really build a relationship.
CIBC on the other hand, I have had the same advisor since I started banking there 8 years ago.
