Just wanted to highlight an experience we had in dealing with a local farm called Luna Field Farms. They specialize in selling grass fed meats and other products. I strongly believe in supporting local farmers and believe more people need to. I also appreciate when a business goes above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction.
We ordered some beef and pork from Luna Farms awhile back and had some negative experience with some of the pork products. We contacted Lydia Carpenter at Luna Farms and informed her of the issue that we had. Lydia went above and beyond in resolving the issue for us and ensured that we where completely satisfied. I cant say enough for how she handled our concern and went out of her way to achieve customer satisfaction. Thank you so much and we appreciate what you guys do and how you do business! We thoroughly have enjoyed the eggs, beef and honey. I highly recommend trying Luna Field Farms out and if your unsure about some of their products call Lydia and ask for a sample! Support your local farmers!
