Due to the very sensitive legal nature of the topic, the fact that at this time these are only allegations and it being debatable whether or not the named individual meets the definition of public figure for the purpose of this site any more I'm not prepared to go down the road of this being a discussion at this time. I will leave this link up to the story but will be closing this thread to comments at the moment. If at such time there is some form of testing of the facts (such as in court or perhaps a further journalistic piece that has managed to obtain comment from all parties that also speaks to their version of events) there may be opportunity for a discussion at a later date.
