Hail claims

Just wondering if anyone had enough damage from the hail tonight to make a hail claim?

We have some marks on our car and roof but not sure if it's enough to bother making a claim.

We got at least 5 pretty big dents in our car. Green Acres area.

We have a couple dents from it as well but not sure how big/how many there needs to be to be considered for hail damage claim

Is it a lengthy process to claim hail damage ? Also do u get docked for the claim

Amount over your deductible would be a claim. And no, you don't get dinged for making a claim, but your deductible does apply

We had some damage to our truck and cargo trailer. Likely going to get the adjuster out to look at our roof too. We had quarter/golf ball sized hail.

you can make an appointment and take the vehicle in, if it turns out the damages are not worth making a claim you dont have to proceed with the repairs

Besides, it's surprising how much hail damage costs to fix. Back in 2006, we had golf-ball hail and I didn't think our claim was too bad... turns out it was about $6,000 worth of hail damage (good thing our car was practically brand-new, because they nearly wrote it off!)

Called in our claims this morning for our truck, trailer and home. My calls went through right away.

When I called for our home insurance I asked if there are lots of calls and was told only a few. That really surprises me. I guess if people can't see the damage to their shingles they don't think their is any
