if that was my ring and had to have it repaired that many times, I would certainly not be talking to the people here locally. I would be on the phone to Ben Moss managers, owners..I am sure through their website you can find a number for Winnipeg and just keep going to the top.
I had to do that with an item I had and everytime I talked to someone and didn't get the answer I liked I would just ask to speak to the supervisor, then their supervisor...I made it to the top and got a new item. In your case, I would demand my money back and buy a different style.
