Can anyone tell me where to find Coconut Cream? The coconut milk will not work, it has to be the cream. I checked Sobeys this morning but all I cold find was the milk.

You could try calling Bulk Barn or maybe Superstore as per this (Cdn) thread. Possibly Walmart as well. Link has a photo also of the product.

Coconut cream can be made from coconut milk. It is super easy.  
Just buy CANNED coconut milk (I prefer Rooster gold label from Superstore in the foreign foods aisle). Put in the fridge for 24 hrs or more. When you open it, the "cream" will have solidified and risen to the top. You will have clearish coconut water at the bottom of your can so be careful when removing the cream to not get too much of the water with it.  
If you want it softer, run it through the blender, use a hand blender or simply microwave for a few seconds (45-60) to heat it back to liquid form.  
 
The boxed "coconut milk" is a milk alternative drink and are useless for trying to make Coconut cream from.

If you're wanting to whip it for whipped cream, buy a can of premium coconut milk (highest fat content you can find) and put it in the fridge upside-down overnight. The cream will rise to the top and solidify. Once you flip over the can to open it the cream will be on the bottom, then you can easily pour off the liquid and you're left with just the cream.  
 
If you're using it for some other purpose (like maybe for fudge or a pina colada, where you need it to be thick but not whipped) coconut manna may work. You can buy it in a jar at Two Farm Kids. Coconut manna is pureed coconut flesh so it has a coconutty texture. It isn't silky like coconut cream.
