Accidentally left our vehicle unlocked and someone went through it but out garage door openers were moved as well, still in vehicle. Anyone know how to go about having them reprogrammed as an extra precaution? Nothing taken but reported to BPS.

There are programing numbers on both the remote and Garage door opener motor/enclosure. The numbers for both match each other . Simply change one of the numbers on both the remote and opener

My advice is that you download the manual for the opener from the manufacturer's website. Newer openers do not have set codes. Rather, they use rolling codes. Often there is a button on the back of the opener motor itself that can reset it, erasing all codes. Your manual will explain how to erase ALL codes and then you can program in the new one.  
 
I had to do this for the same reason a few years ago and the best approach was to erase all codes and then program any new openers individually to make sure nothing is left behind, especially if you bought the house from a prior owner who had just left the opener in the house. Their car may have been programmed for it which they would've taken with them, presumably :-).
