Glad it's not just our connection, but would be nice to know what we're looking at for outage time! Don't want to use up all our data watching TV on the phones while we wait.

Tried calling and I can't believe that they don't even put callers in queue- just 'try again later' and the call ends. I've never been terribly impressed by their customer service but this takes the cake. I'm expected to call repeatedly until I happen to get through (going through the multiple robot messages and option menus each time).

We were starting to wonder the same thing. Just tried calling for the 6th time and after hitting '3' twice now they have an updated message stating that Winnipeg and Brandon customers may be experiencing issues and they're working to restore service ASAP... so at least we know somebody is there, even if they won't let us talk to them.  
Here's hoping this isn't like the time a few years ago when WCG internet went down for 3 whole days!
