    What is going on with MTS Cable?

    I was watching TV when all of a sudden the show froze and the screen went black. I know it is not disconnected because the screen would say "you do not subscribe to this channel, please contact your service provider". I am in the South End by Neel in School, is anyone else having problems with MTS Cable?

    I'm in the neelin area aswell and my cable/internet with MTS has been garbage. We've had two service calls, with no fixes. Cable drops and internet is getting speeds less the 2mbps download and over 1000 pings. Not happy

    I had all of those issues. Switched to westman cable and never looked back. The prism system is awesome and my Internet is fast and consistent. Only thing I miss is access to TSN go app. On the plus side, the prism system acts like a media server and can access your media from all devices on the network including wireless.

    I was in mts at the corral centre last week and asked why everyone is having so many issues with everything. His explanation to me was that MTS isn't fixing anything because of the changeover with Bell. They are leaving it for Bell to fix.
