I was wondering if anyone has found a store here in Brandon that isn't sold out of this product already.

I didn't think it was out until November 11, and didn't think it was going to be available in stores until later than that. But if it's out yay!

It's not out till Friday but apparently some places is already sold out of it. Like pre-sales or something.

That sucks cuz I would almost be one of those crazy people who will sit outside a store and run for it. Almost but the date makes me think better of it and some people be cray cray about new technology even if it's retro.

Me and a few friends drive to bottineau last night at 10 pm as their walmart is 24 hrs so they could sell them at midnight. They only had six so they sold out once we left lol but so worth the drive. I called night before and they told me they had 6 when we got there tho the manager spent hr looking for 4 of them as someone had hidden them!! What irritates me is how many times I've heard that eb games employees here are holding them for friends. I've heard from 3 different ppl now. Eb games told us employees weren't allowed to buy them till Jan but how sneaky of them to hold for friends. Not fair at all to those in line for hours. I also seen this morning someone on ebrandon selling one for 250 pretty crooked in my opinion when they sell for 80 in stores.

Got mine plus a joy stick for Pac Man, plus an extender cord for the controller at EB Games. I've already been offered $500 for it if I want to sell it. Crazy!

I got mine today at EB no problem. Didn't even get in line till 11:30am ( store opened at 1). So they couldn't have put many away for friends as you say. Also they are $79.95 plus tax and you can put warranty's on them. So mine cost just under $120 with extra warranty. So asking $250 with Warranty coverage is not astronomical. I had people offering me double the price just to get my ticket from me ( they handed out tickets to those in line-up). Now the ones asking $1000 on eBay are ridiculous though.

This article is saying pretty plainly Punchout will be i:ncluded. Although I was never a big fan myself, there are some golden titles on here.  
 
Naturally, I'm sure we'd all love to be able to upload all of our most favourite titles. $2 a game isn't so bad, for what it is.  
 
Hacks won't be too far behind, in the grand scheme of things.

I looked into it online and it is available on Amazon.com and also available at Best Buy. However, many places are reporting that it is sold out so Amazon may be your best bet.

Got mine at Best Buy, got ticket at 1130 or so then waited until it opened at 1. Been playin the silly thing all day lol. Does anyone know how many Walmart had? I heard a few different numbers this morning, was curious to know.

I heard only around 24 at Walmart.

Amazon sold out in seconds. Not likely anywhere will have them til after Christmas but Nintendo did fantastic in providing a limited supply not near enough for the demand.ill just wait. Refuse to pay double or more for something that I can get at regular retail in a couple months.

Was reading on Nintendo site somewhere not to buy the high priced consoles on ebay and such as more will be released sooner than later.

so what is this doing to the price of the original 1980's systems? Funny how i, and probably alot of other ppl were buying these at garage sales and stuff for $10-20 10 years ago.

Brandon is completely sold out. EBay is going for about $300 each. Crappy that I didn't even know this was happening until last night. I would've stood in line. I hope they release more soon.

For the first time in years, this is something I might like to have.  
 
But I would never wait in line, nor pay the $498 they are going for on Amazon.ca right now.....dear lord how can someone be so desperate as to pay that inflated a cost?  
 
Just like when I got my first Cabbage Patch in 1985, I will patiently wait until the second or third batch comes out.

Has released a statement saying they will be getting more out there throughout the holiday season.

Someone at EB Games told me Nintendo apparently only made so many of those preloaded consoles so the odds of them getting more in may be slim to none. I was inquiring about it before Christmas. Hopefully this is not true and more come out at some point.

As long as there is demand Nintendo will keep releasing more. I can only speculate they didn't flood the market before Christmas to drive up that demand. They got people talking. It has basically free advertising. Everyone wants one now! So keep checking Best Buy and EB Games and you will eventually have one too!
