Many cop cars and roads blocked off around 7:30 tonight on Rosser Ave. E and surrounding area. Any idea what was going on?

There was a cop sitting in the middle of Victoria ave by the hospital/shoppers drug mart earlier tonite with lights flashing, but then it was gone when I went by again a short time later around 7p.m. There was no accident or anything and no one was around. The only thing I could think of was the police were looking for someone and had set up a perimeter, but I only saw the one cruiser in that area. Must be connected somehow. No idea what happened, but maybe there will be something in the media release tomorrow.

Roster Ave. E is kinda long. Can you be more specific?

Sounds like the below incident is what police were dealing with.
