    Is it just us or is there more people that don't have Internet??

    It rarely happens but when my MTS internet goes down the broadband light (I think) goes red. Also it is great to know some houses in the area that have same internet. That way you know locally if they are having problems too. Sort of like your power out. First I look to see if house across the street has power.

    Westman Support - they will be able to tell you if it's just your home/equipment or if it is a more wide-spread problem.
