I think it works though I haven't tried it myself.

Here's a video of someone who actually tried it with good results...seems pretty painful though lol

I've purchased a few tear-open packs of them and love the mask. I only use it on my nose and surrounding area, not my whole face like the woman in the above video, and it doesn't hurt to remove. It takes out the gunk in the pores as advertised. I buy mine from Aliexpress and they're pretty cheap.

my teens made this with charcoal powder (comes in capsules) and white glue, maybe something else in there, not sure... it did work! lol
