This is a stupid question.. but I can't remember and I'm csnt find it in the hand book lol..

How late at night can a person with a learners drive with someone with there full lisence??

While in the Learner's stage I don't think there is a time limit because you always need to have someone with their full license of 3 years or more being the only front seat passenger. Keeping in mind they need to have a BAC of zero at all times to supervise.

While in intermediate it's different. You only need a supervising driver after midnight if you have more than one passenger

So you may want to read all the way to the bottom as I may have been wrong about when you can't drive while still in your Learner's stage.

There is a spot that shows as a learner you are not allowed to night time drive. (1/2 hour before sunset to 1/2 after sunrise).

I just kinda browsed through the actual handbook and it doesn't say anything anywhere.. I got the new one that is updated online

in the learners stage you can drive anytime of day or night as long as your supervising driver meets the requirements;

under .05 bac
sole front seat passenger
awake
has held a full stage for at least 3 years ect

in the intermediate stage you can only carry 1 passenger from 12am to 5 am unless you have a supervising driver
