Get her to talk to Connie at Knit 2 Scrap 2. That's the go to place for Brandon and area knitters.

2 knit groups

I know of 2 knit night groups, one is at Knit2Scrap2 every Wednesday night unless something comes up and there is another group that meets at forbidden flavours on 18th once or twice a month usually on A Monday/Tuesday.

The knitting group that meets at Forbidden Flavours is also connected online at www.ravelry.com through the winnipeg knitting group's forums - there is a special "Brandon" subject on the board.
