My sister is having her birthday at the end of this week and I've been tasked with finding a cake for her. My sister is vegan and this is a bit more difficult than I previously thought.  
I've looked at some of the local bakery sites but I don't see anything mentioning vegan cakes.  
Do any Brandon vegans/family of vegans know where I could order a cake from or a tasty one I could buy frozen or otherwise?  
 
Last resort is: does anybody know any good tried and true recipes?
