Yes, that's the first thing we do too, reset the router. It usually works but didn't. Then we usually check any wired devices to see if it's just a wifi issue or actual hard wired issue. It was all the internet, including wired.
Nonetheless, it has just come back on. Not sure why it went out or what caused it, but all is well again. The teenagers have gone back into hiding. lol
