I would phone some of the local churches who use it. They may take it or at least offer some advice

You can dump it on the grass, in some plants, on the foundation of your home, etc. You cannot dispose of it down a sewer drain though, or throw it in the trash.

I don't know about other faiths, but as a Catholic do like Jellybean says. It must be returned to the Earth somehow, so poured onto the soil is fine (just to be safe, I would water a plant in the ground vs. in a pot).  
 
As a general rule, anything that has been blessed should not be "thrown out" as in going to the landfill or sewer. That's why there's special sinks in the sacristy in the church that drain to the outside instead of the sewer, for just such a purpose. The simplest way to disposing of water is just to pour it onto the soil.

Be you'll have some great rhubarb this year! Nice that you are respectful of this type of thing whether it is part of your beliefs or not.

Yes i do believe in this that is why i just couldn't throw it our, as for the Rhubarb, just uprooted it from my old house so i will have lots next year for sure....
