Police on Cypress Blvd.....

I just drove by Cypress Blvd. and I saw police surround a white vehicle! There must have been like 6 cruisers! Then moments later an undercover cruiser pulled over a different car just a block away! Does anyone know what is going on? They were on Cypress Blvd for quite a bit!
