Electricity at Adams lake

I am desperately looking for a spot for August long to camp (was suppose to be working). We need a 30 amp and I found an electrical site at Adams lake but it doesn't say if it's basic or what it is and it's closed now. Not sure if I want to reserve it or not.

If you're open to other places, Erickson usually has spots. Its on first come, first serve basis though. Clean bathrooms and shower, nice cook shack, small play structure, each site has a Bon fire pit, free wood, serviced and unserviced, 13 minutes from clear lake and it's free to get in this year and lots of great spots to swim or even just the main beach.

Problem is first come first serve. I would not be pulling my camper all the way up there to find out it is booked up. I only camp were you can reserve.

I totally agree with you! However, I think I've only seen it full once, maybe twice?

My aunts family would like to come up and camp with us and it's a risk we're gonna take. They're around 2 hours away.

I wish the campground would consider only leaving a couple fcfs and have the others as reservations! Would make it less stressful on campers

We camped there earlier this summer. Lakeview bay is the equestrian side of the lake. No electricity.

Camping reservations

On the reservation site for parks if you are unsure of what the site is click on the list view instead of map view. It will show what sites are what and available booking dates.
