Anyone have suggestions of things to do with the kids in the South Westman area in the next week? My kids are 11-15 years old. The oldest works in the mornings so we can't go to far or overnight next week but that's a possibility later in the summer!

Swimming? Wawanesa & Souris have great pools

music in the park in different towns. Virden is Thursday nights  
drive to small towns and try a diner like dinners drive inns and dives  
geo caching  
historical walking tour. Brandon just had it but u could walk past the places and discuss history  
cemetery walks see if you can find someone with same name  
take a treat to fire hall or police station. make it yourself or buy a pack of frozen treats  
nursing staff would like too  
grab a garbage bag and walk along a street that is needing a clean up.  
 
far too often we think it has to be electronic or cost lots.  
one of my favourite things we did on a holiday cost us absolutely nothing we went walking in a low river in alberta. I would not recommend Assiniboine but maybe a creek.  
in a Cpl weeks is the Virden INdoor rodeo it is better then many we have been to. plus they have down town events the Thursday before.  
each day drive to a small abandoned town or small community you never know what treasures you could find.  
carberry has a great antique shop.  
invite friends over for a water fight  
or late night movie on sheet in the backyard  
make a scavenger hunt with fun clues  
imagination is your only limitation
