where could I donate a grad dress?? I've tried selling it with no luck (its 10 years old so the styles have slightly changed), I contacted Manitoba Angel Dresses but they are no longer operation, Saskatchewan Angel Dresses contacts have no responded. I don't overly want to give it to value village (I'd like to donate it do a group that could give it to less fortunate grads or make something out of it)

A costume place? Virden has a costume closet and I believe Birtle has one as well. I'm totally not trying to offend by calling it a costume, but these places rent out costumes/outfits for Halloween or plays, etc and maybe it could be used there?
